Covid-19 Special update: PSW operations
As a valued Client or Partner we want to share a few important notes about our Operational Status.

We are carefully monitoring the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation and taking precautionary measures to ensure our mutual safety. We are also focused on the continuity of our operations to ensure our ability to support you.

Is PSW prepared?
All systems are fully operational. Even under normal conditions, we are 100% cloud-enabled and can function with everyone working from home. While we enjoy collaborating in person, we are not dependent on our physical office and thus prepared to be virtual.

Is PSW busy?
Our current focus is tax planning for 2021. We are also updating and modernizing our IT infrastructure. Our office is accepting packages and mail as well as drop off so as to keep the information flowing within our firm.  We have seen a dramatic increase in electronic information that is password protected or encrypted to keep the information confidential. We are here to help you with all of your accounting and tax needs.

The Onvio Portal
Part of our IT infrastructure includes our portal which gives you 24/7 access to your tax returns, financial statements and other deliverables. You can also upload your information in an easy, convenient and efficient way. This is a secure cloud based system that eliminates the need to send documents by mail or email. If you are not yet signed on, call our office manager to set you up.

Are PSW Staff able to make site visits?
Most of our work can be done remotely. For most staff and partners, working from home is routine. However, there are some things that can only be done onsite for commercial clients. Upon your request, site visits are avaliable.

What can PSW do to help you prepare?
In general, most of our commercial clients have some level of ability to work remotely. Please reach out to your contact here if you have any questions about being helped remotely.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
